Mentoring

Between March 26 - April 6, I have been scheduled to help mentor full time 9 gurus in back to back sessions broken up into 3 gurus each session. This opportunity enabled me to put my feedback (from the first attempt application of Squad Lead) into action by getting hands on experience coaching gurus with various performance levels to improve.
